Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Address employee concerns and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Work with other departments to ensure HR needs are met.
- Serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
