About the Opportunity
As the HR Manager at Monin, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect Monin’s mission and values.
What You’ll Do
- Providing HR guidance to management
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the Americas HR Team and Management to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Supporting all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling meetings, employee orientations, workman's compensation, I9 verification, training, benefits, 401K, and employee relations for the business unit
- Delivering day-to-day support and assistance to employees regarding benefits, policies, etc.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations
- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to managing employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical standards
- Offering day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, such as coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborating with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Providing guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning
- Identifying needs and providing training for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participating in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and following up to ensure training objectives are met
- Inspiring team adoption of the company mission/values, compliance with standards, product quality, and customer service excellence
- Up to 20% travel
- Other essential or non-essential duties may be assigned

Other Qualifications & Considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- SHRM or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR employee relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in utilizing creativity to enhance activities for ongoing and annual benefits enrollment processes, programs, training, and performance.
