The Partner Engagement Associate will be responsible for supporting the onboarding, contracting and engagement of HEALI Network Partners as part of the Network Development team. This includes participation in the outreach and prospecting, onboarding, and integrating new network partners into the Social Care Network. This team member will report directly to the Director of Network Development.
Responsibilities include:
- Support initial outreach to organizations to introduce them to the HEALI social care network.
- Manage a portfolio of network partners as the primary relationship manager to ensure partner success.
- Support and track network partners through onboarding, training, contracting and set-up process to become members of the social care network as part of collaborative teams across HEALI
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure appropriate documentation supporting network participation is collected and tracked
- Help to coordinate and schedule network information sessions, meetings, and training with partners.
- Conduct regular updates and help to maintain established tracking tools used by the program.
- Support outreach and communication to network partners on various social care network processes and help to resolve partner issues.
- Establish in-depth understanding of each network partner organization, their programs, and role in the SCN and ensure a feedback loop for the SCN to provide necessary support to the member organization
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders and network partners
- Conduct all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience building partnerships with community-based organizations and/or healthcare provider organizations (familiarity with Long Island social care ecosystem preferred)
- Familiar with the use of the Unite Us platform or similar software tools a plus
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals to cultivate successful partnership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and shift strategy or approach in response to the demands of a situation
- Strong detail-oriented planning and implementation skills
- Strong commitment to social justice and HWCLI's mission
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
