In Broward County, we have five offices, each operating independently and focusing on a single type of insurance. Please note that applicants CAN apply for a type of insurance they have not yet sold. We provide professional paid training and will guide you in selling a new product, or if needed, or a refresher on a type you have sold. For example, an experienced ACA agent can apply for a Medicare Supplement sales position with us, and a Medicare Advantage agent can apply for ACA or Medigap, and vice versa.

**ACA Sales Opportunities**

If you are an ACA agent looking to continue your career in ACA sales, we offer an hourly rate ranging from $14.00 to $17.00, along with a commission structure designed for you to write 75-100 plans per week at $25 each. Additionally, we have Customer Retention and Data Verification roles, where the pay is negotiable based on your qualifications and experience; we will learn more about you during the interview process. The typical pay rate for these roles starts at $18.00 per hour. We prioritize additional pay through incentivized requirements, and we are NOT a low-paying company!

Our ACA offices are located in Deerfield and North Fort Lauderdale.

**MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT SALES INFORMATION**

Over the years, we have discovered that many licensed agents are often unaware of the true potential of Medicare Supplement sales. This product stands out as a hidden gem in the insurance industry, offering high commissions year-round, warm inbound calls and transfers, low cancellation rates, and minimized wasted time on calls. Unlike Affordable Care Act (ACA) products, Medicare Supplements typically experience little to no changes, making them easier to sell.

We welcome newcomers and provide training tailored to our methods, equipping agents with the knowledge, skills, and direction they need to succeed. Selling Medicare Supplement plans confidently can lead to substantial rewards, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), where agents have seen impressive payouts. Last year, every one of our 30 agents earned over $9,000 a week during this critical time—something that’s quite rare in various typical call center models across South Florida.

When it comes to pay, we present two structures that prioritize agents and offer great value both in the short term and especially in the long term:

1. **Guaranteed Salary Structure:**

- $600 weekly salary (guaranteed pay). 38 hours required

- Commission of $200-$300 per Supplement sale. Plus add-on commissions

- Once your weekly commissions exceed your salary, your commissions become your total earnings for that week. For instance, closing 10 deals would yield $2,500 or more.

2. **Residual Passive Income Structure:**

- This option allows you to earn money even while you sleep.

- In about three years, it's realistic to achieve a six-figure income from residuals alone based on your previous sales.

- Note that this structure has a lower and negotiable salary and commission payout.
