Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: West Los Angeles, California

Our office provides physical medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture and massage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare team members
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
- Perform trigger point injections
- Prescribe medications and treatments, as appropriate, in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols
- Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing common acute and chronic conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary team members
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting health equity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
