MLT/MLS (Weekends, Nights)

Responsibilities

This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLT/MLS) under the Clinical Director's supervision. The role involves performing diagnostic testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring quality assessments. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and fostering a positive work environment.
• Performing venipuncture and testing across departments.
• Documenting critical values and participating in competency testing.
• Maintaining certification and attending educational programs.
• Training new employees and interacting positively with patients and staff.
  
  

Requirements include a high school diploma, appropriate MLT/MT credentials, and the ability to communicate effectively. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure.
