What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care RN/LPN position at Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers?
We are looking for dedicated 3rd shift LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes in the SE Grand Rapids area, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Part time, full time, and prn positions are avaliable in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas on all shifts.
What you will do :
- Provide daily basic cares
- Administer medications
- Trach care / suctioning
- G-tube feeds
- O2 administration
- Documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
