What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Home Care position at Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers?
We are looking for dedicated LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Part time or full time positions are avaliable in the Rockford area from 9PM-7AM.
What you will do:
- Provide daily basic cares
- Administer medications
- Trach care/suctioning
- G-tube feeds
- O2 administration
- Documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need:
- A valid LPN or RN license
- Current CPR
- Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)
