Position: Hybrid Role for Caregiving/Scheduling (50% field work/50% Scheduling; Ration will vary based on needs of the company)
Job Type: Full-Time 8a-5p
Caregiving Responsibilities:
Laundry
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Bathing
Transfers
Transportation
Range of motion exercises
Office Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and staff availability
Maintain and update client and caregiver schedules in the system
Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and their families regarding schedule changes
Ensure proper coverage for all shifts, including handling last-minute changes
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new caregivers as needed
Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers
Requirements:
Experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare administration (preferred)
Caregiving experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules
