Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide daily basic cares, including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Deliver tracheostomy care and suctioning services
- Manage G-tube feeds and ensure proper nutrition
- Provide oxygen therapy and respiratory support
- Accurately document patient information and progress
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid LPN or RN licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric experience is beneficial but not necessary; we offer comprehensive training programs
