What education and experience you will bring to HCL
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant experience in the construction industry and / or equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform work.
- Must hold and maintain a valid Ohio driver's license and safe driving record
- Basic electrical and plumbing trades and the materials, tools and equipment used in these trades.
- Mechanics of air conditioning systems, thermostats, and related equipment.
- Ability to obtain a Forklift operation certification and keep it up to date
- Driving company vehicles, such as box truck, large van, etc.
- Basic computer skills, responding to emails, documenting repairs, updating records, etc.
- Operate and use a variety of equipment and tools.
- Have a "customer support" attitude. Maintenance is a service, a positive, helpful attitude, and a strong desire to do the job right is a must.
