Facilities Maintenance Technician (Chillicothe, OH):
Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist in repairs, construction, and maintaining the cleanliness and operation of our facilities. The right candidate will have experience with new construction and renovations, plumbing, and electrical (120/240). Compensation will be dependent upon applicant's experience and references.

Responsibilities
- Help ensure the basic functions of systems including water, hygiene, electricity, HVAC to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Assist in new building projects and renovations
- Help maintain and repair basic electrical and plumbing needs
- Assist in the up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
- Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
- Build necessary items upon request.
- Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance operations
- Requires mechanical skills to assess maintenance needs and make recommendations along with a basic understanding of HVAC, electricity, plumbing and carpentry.
- Must have the ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to building emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.
- Plan and organize work to achieve desired results and perform general handy-man type duties as required
- Be comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities. Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended ours and on occasion, weekends.
