Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information, and address complaints/concerns.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions and skill building as outlined in the Treatment Plan.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulatory bodies and COA standards.
- Participate in and complete all assigned training and professional development activities, including E-Learning courses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice) with 1 year of experience working with children (experience can include internships or volunteer work).
- Or a BA/BS degree with 3 years of experience working with children.
