About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC. As a key member of our therapeutic services department, you will provide high-quality care to clients, conducting comprehensive assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in various settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment team.
- Deliver therapeutic sessions in individual, group, and family formats, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Ensure regular contact and follow-up with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
- Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
