Job Summary
The Intensive Outpatient IOP Facilitator will be responsible for performing assessments, facilitating IOP group sessions, as well as individual, family and weekly programs as assigned using industry recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions and complete all required paperwork per timelines established to ensure successful billing of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake screening and assessments to determine client eligibility and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to promote positive behavior change and improve overall well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
