- Assisting the IOP Facilitator/Coordinator in daily operations
- Co-facilitating IOP groups using established therapeutic techniques
- Providing individual and family sessions as required
- Participating in clinical supervision and treatment team meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
