Bonus: $30,000

Coverage Area: Clarke and Lauderdale counties

Shift: Full-Time

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (per-visit basis)

Qualifications

Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications

Master's degree in physical therapy
State licensure and CPR certification
Valid driver's license
