DESCRIPTION
*$500 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 3 months of employment and the remaining half after 6 months of employment.
Mental Health Techs are responsible for providing direct care to developmentally disabled adults in a day treatment setting. You must have the ability to accurately and timely document activities and logbooks, and transport individuals (with an approved driving record). If the position requires driving, during the interview, we will go over the schedule and explain the driving routes. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED (or transcripts) from a state-accredited school/source.
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license.
- This position requires driving. To meet the driving requirements, you must be at least 21 and have an insurable driving record.
- Social security card
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Word processing and Outlook.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Schedule: Part-time - Monday-Friday 8:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m.; driver required.
Pay Rate: $10.00/hr
