Culinary Director

Quite simply, Kruse Village offers the area’s most comprehensive array of senior living options. We’re Washington County’s only CCRC (continuing care retirement community). That means Kruse Village residents and family members can rest assured, knowing that should the need arise residents can easily transition from independent living, to assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing; all in the same, reassuring environment with familiar friends and team members.

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Culinary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as managed community policies and procedures. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment in regards to matters of significance when ordering culinary department supplies and engaging in meal planning within the acceptable nutritional parameters. 

This position is an integral role that is the heartbeat of this community.
