What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Wellness - RN position at Health Dimensions Group (HDG)?
Dimensions Living Pewaukee is looking for a Director of Wellness to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our assisted living communities. This would be a shared position between both East and West locations.
This position is responsible for the organization, planning and direction of the entire nursing service and for the development of rules, regulations, policies and procedures for the resident care program and assists the Executive Director in the development of overall policy for the community. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment in regards to matters of significance.
This position is an integral role that is the heartbeat of this community.
