What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infection Prevention/Wound Nurse position at Health Dimensions Group (HDG)?
Lutheran Living is looking for a full-time Infection Prevention/Wound Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted and memory care community. We will pay for you to get your wound certification! This position is an integral role that is the heartbeat of this community. Lutheran Living was recognized as a 2023 recipient of the Bronze — Commitment to Quality Award by AHCA/NCAL for our commitment to improving the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities with quality care and services. There is a requirement to be on-call every 6th weekend for this position.
