Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) and Cooper University Health Care (CUHC) are actively committed to diversity at all levels of the organizations and are seeking an accomplished and innovative rheumatologist with academic aspirations to serve as a new faculty member in our busy Rheumatology Division. Rheumatology is a component of the Bone & Joint Institute, which allows for collaboration with Orthopaedics to provide quality, evidence-based care. Our Rheumatology Division sees patients in four New Jersey locations, as well as provides hospital coverage. We have an ACGME accredited fellowship program.

Qualifications
- Board-certified/board eligible physician with an MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Fellowship trained in Rheumatology.
- Must demonstrate sensitivity to the culture, needs, and aspirations of the diverse community we serve.
- The candidate should possess qualifications for appointment to the faculty at the assistant professor level or higher from Rowan University
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of educational and scholarly activity. Medical student and fellowship education are core requirements of the position. Research infrastructure including a department research coordinator and research fellows is available to pursue academic interests.
