- Understand infant-toddler development.
- Utilize a parent coaching model.
- Participate in screenings, assessments, and group activities.
- Provide home-based services and collaborate with community providers.
- Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans for assigned caseloads.
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure.
- Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
