We offer Early Intervention programs for families with children aged birth to 3 years facing developmental delays. Our focus is on providing education, training, and support to help children thrive through home, center, and community services.

Full-Time Positions Available

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Understand infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and group activities.
• Provide home-based services and collaborate with community providers.
• Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans for assigned caseloads.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
