Position: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

The LPN provides high-quality direct care under RN supervision, develops and modifies tenant care plans, collects health data, and monitors unlicensed staff. Ensures tenants achieve optimal well-being.

Qualifications

  • Approved nursing education program
  • Current Minnesota LPN license
  • CPR certification
