We are a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN for our Skilled Nursing team. The Nurse will provide assessments, patient care, and address the medical and emotional needs of our Rehabilitation Residents.
LPN Wages: Starting at $26.00/hr, with shift differentials for PM ($1.00) and NOC ($2.00) shifts. Per Diem requires a minimum of 3 shifts per month, with additional pickups earning a $10/hr differential.
About You: Valid RN/LPN license in Wisconsin; new grads welcome.
