- Conduct orientation and ongoing training for staff.
- Plan in-service trainings and maintain training records.
- Lead infection control efforts and monitor disease outbreaks.
- Active RN license in Vermont.
- Prior supervisory experience in long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and public health practices.
