Responsibilities

• Participates with the Administrator and Executive Director in the formulation of a business plan, i.e., strategic goals, resource allocation plan(s), and a yearly budget.
• Consult, plan, and work, with the Administrator in policy formulation and programmatic development and implementation including assessing adequate and appropriate staffing.
• Coordinates with Administrator planning activities to develop administrative policies and practices for the Agency.
• Develops standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families.

How You'll Be Successful

• You have a current California RN License
• You have experience working in Home Health
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have familiarity with company-provided Apple products
• Demonstrate time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction. Be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
• Extremely pleasant on the Phone & comfortable with High call volumes
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Requirements

• RN License or Degree
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling tasks
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction
  
  

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of Supervision
• 3 to 5 years in home health, primary care clinic or health facility
• License/Certification:
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN License (Required)
