Candidates will be required to work on-siteWe are looking for someone willing to demonstrate exemplary performance in their ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and learn quickly. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, with an extremely pleasant demeanor who possesses excellent communication skills and is comfortable with handling a large call volume! As a Clinical Manager, you will ensure and coordinate patient care along with working collaboratively with our exceptional team of healthcare professionals.

Participates with the Administrator and Executive Director in the formulation of a business plan, i.e., strategic goals, resource allocation plan(s), and a yearly budget.Consult, plan, and work, with the Administrator in policy formulation and programmatic development and implementation including assessing adequate and appropriate staffing.Coordinates with Administrator planning activities to develop administrative policies and practices for the Agency.Develops standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families.Medical specialties :

Be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skillsExtremely pleasant on the Phone & comfortable with High call volumesKnowledge of medical terminologyStrong computer skillsWork Location :

Requirements
RN License or DegreeAttention to detail and accuracy in scheduling tasksFast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processesStrong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules efficientlyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling softwareUnderstanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsCustomer service-oriented mindset with a focus on patient satisfactionExperience :
1 to 2 years of Supervision3 to 5 years in home health, primary care clinic or health facilityLicense / Certification :BLS Certification (Preferred)RN License (Required)
