We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, with an extremely pleasant demeanor who possesses excellent communication skills and is comfortable with handling a large call volume! As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure and coordinate patient care along with working collaboratively with our exceptional team of healthcare professionals.

Directly supervise and provide guidance to Clinical Coordinators.The Clinical Supervisor will provide support and assistance to staff, addressing questions and offering direction to maintain best practices in patient care.Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each patient's needs and revised as necessary.Answer and triage patient phone calls to the office during business hours, prioritizing clinical concerns.Implement, and enforce clinical policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient documentation.Medical specialties :

You have a current California RN LicenseYou have experience working in Home HealthDemonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Have familiarity with company-provided Apple productsDemonstrate time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction. Be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skillsExtremely pleasant on the Phone & comfortable with High call volumesKnowledge of medical terminologyStrong computer skillsWork Location :

Requirements
