Responsibilities

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON/DNS/RN) who is a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and adaptability. The role involves overseeing nursing care, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and promoting quality care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing nursing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring staff practices and communication
  • Promoting teamwork and customer service
  • Coordinating QAPI activities
  • Preparing staff for inspections

Qualifications include a Massachusetts RN license, a preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and 5 years of long-term care experience, with 3-5 years as a DON.
