Qualifications including, but not limited to:
Must have active, unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure with at least one (1) year experience in Assisted Living.
Must have leadership and supervisory skills in nursing administration and practices and knowledge of State regulations pertaining to Assisted Living operation and licensure.
Must be able to make independent decisions, be detailed oriented and have excellent follow through. Ability to manage needed reports, staffing schedule, hiring, training of new employees
Must have ability to maintain relationships with residents, staff, family members and vendors.
Knowledge of computer systems (Point Click Care software a plus)
Ability to manage through delegation, goal setting and building respect from nursing staff through use of positive leadership.
Must be able to meet all local health regulations and pass pre/post-employment physical exams if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
Must attend in-service/education programs as required with ability to prepare and resent educational material.
Must agree not to disclose resident protected health information and report suspected or known violations of such to the Administrator.
