Were looking for a Clinician to join our MARC team at 41 Montebello Road, Pueblo, CO.
What Youd Be Doing
As the Clinician you would play a vital role in providing care in our Medication Assisted Recovery Center (MARC) and Family Medicine, ensuring exceptional care for individuals with behavior health needs and co-occurring disorders. Reporting to the Clinician-Team Lead and under the clinical supervision of the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Project Management, you would lead with innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring disorder intakes and assessments.
- Providing individual, and group therapy.
- Coordinating care for clients receiving medication-assisted treatment.
- Keeping accurate, complete and up-to-date records with 100% compliance with Center standards.
- Carrying a caseload of clients and meeting productivity expectations.
- Maintaining competency and proficiency with the electronic health record.
- Managing, maintaining, and participating in program accreditation.
- Working with community agencies; and
- Performing other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves
- Masters degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field.
- Current Colorado professional license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license within three years.
- Experience working with substance abuse/mental health.
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer service.
- Exceptional flexibility, time management and documentation skills.
- Computer proficiency
- Colorado drivers license and access to transportation during work hours

- Certified or Licensed Addiction Counselor
