We have an exciting opportunity at our Medical Center for a full-time Clinician Team Lead to work at Health Solutions Offices at 41 Montebello Rd, in Pueblo.

What Youd Be Doing

As a Clinician-Team Lead, you would play a vital role in supervising and supporting staff at the Medication Assisted Recovery Center (MARC) and Family Medicine, ensuring exceptional care for individuals with behavior health needs and co-occurring disorders. Reporting to the Director of Healthcare Services and under the clinical supervision of the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Project Management, you would lead with innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to best practices.

Specifically, the Clinician-Team Lead staff member will be

• Ensuring clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date through chart audits.
• Maintaining compliance with contractual and program requirements through tracking and data collection.
• Acting as the Program Sponsor of the Medication Assisted Recovery Center and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and DEA regulations for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP).
• Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR regulations, protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Medication Assisted Treatment and Behavioral Health Treatment.
• Carrying a caseload of clients and meeting productivity expectations.
• Conducting substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring disorder intakes and assessments.
• Reviewing, approving, and signing co-occurring, substance abuse, and behavioral health treatment plans.
• Providing regular documented clinical supervision for licensed and unlicensed staff, including registered nurses, peer/data specialists, and clinical care specialists.
• Providing CAC clinical supervision, when appropriate.
• Conducting individual and/or group therapy and providing case management services.
• Coordinating care for clients receiving medication-assisted treatment.
• Participating in treatment planning, team meetings, case consultations, leadership training, and development.
• Collaborating with community agencies and maintaining professional relationships.
• Collaborating and innovating with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analyzing clinical data to identify trends, training needs, and areas for quality improvement.
• Managing, maintaining, and participating in program accreditation.
• Assisting with the preparation and management of program reports and audits.
• Assisting in hiring, onboarding, staff development, and disciplinary action.
• Performing additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves

• A masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
• A Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing.
• Current Colorado CAC III or LAC certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Proficiency in computer use and electronic health records.
• Valid Colorado drivers license and access to transportation during work hours.
