Were looking for a full-time Technical Support Analyst, to join us at 41 Montebello Rd. in Pueblo.
What Youd Be Doing
Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for being the primary technical contact for end user support (Help Desk support.) Under general supervision, performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices for the entire organization. Performs a variety of project tasks and requires good communications skills with the ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary end user support, investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintains Help Desk software and management of ticketing system.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts via Active Directory/Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures on PCs and servers.
- Installs or moves PCs, phones, printers, etc. as needed to support center operations.
- Configure system software that supports Health Solutions operational needs via Group Policy.
- Deploy, upgrade and manage software/OS upgrades.
- Manage inventory for PC/Server hardware and software.
- Assist computer operations and systems programming staff where applicable.
- Administers and supports corporate VOIP telephone system.
- Provide supplemental end user training for software applications and new employee orientation.
- Troubleshoot network problems.
- Responsibilities at times require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves
- Requires high school graduation supplemented by other technical training in a related field.
- Desktop and technical support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server operating systems.
- A valid Colorado driver's license.
What Wed Like to See in YouThe Nice-to-Haves
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and VMWare.
- Experience with telephone systems.
- A certification.
