Were looking for a full-time Support Staff to work at our various Health Solutions Outpatient Offices in Trinidad.
Work Schedule: Will vary Monday-Friday depending on coverage needs.
What Youll Be Doing
As a member of the Support Staff in Trinidad, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Healthcare Services or designee, the Support Staff will:
- Covers front desk reception area;
- Operates switchboard/reception phone;
- Types daily reports, correspondence, progress notes & related material;
- Schedules as well as reschedules appointments for clients who request changes or cancellations;
- Processes Release of Information requests;
- Insurance verification;
- Balances cash drawer/box;
- Maintains the clients electronic health records as needed;
- Completes clinical departments job requests as needed;
- Covers for co-workers on breaks and lunches; Works hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs);
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor/director.
- Physical requirements include the following
- Requires standing, sitting, driving, and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
- Requires working under stress in emergency situations
- Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
- Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment to enter, manage or look up data
- Consistently communicates with patients.
- Requires occasional driving in adverse weather conditions

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of reception experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Colorado drivers license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
