We’re hiring full-time Support Staff (Connect to Care) to work at our Adult Outpatient location, 1304 Chinook, Pueblo Co 81001.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.
Specifically, the Support Staff member

Provides exemplary customer service.

Work hours between 6am and 6:30pm

Actively engages with individuals who might be experiencing behavioral health crisis

Manages multiple phone lines. Ensures timely and accurate connection for ongoing support.

Verifies Medicaid eligibility

Schedules client appointments as requested.

Takes client payments.

Completes email tasks.

Distribute incoming faxes.

Cover for other C2C staff for breaks/lunch.

Maintains client electronic health records as needed.

Completes other department’s job requests as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned by team lead and director.
- Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Requires occasional driving
- Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
- Requires working under stress in emergency situations
- Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
- Requires frequent use of a computer, phone and other equipment

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of receptionist experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Colorado driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
- Must be able to travel to Trinidad & Walsenburg
