Job Title: ABA Therapist

Location: Lodi, NJ

Schedule: 8:30am-3pm

Pay Rate: $85 - $98 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism in a one-on-one setting. The successful candidate will work with clients in Lodi, NJ, delivering therapeutic interventions based on individualized treatment plans to help improve social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as developed by a BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Conduct 5 weekly therapy sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
• Work with clients to promote skill development in areas such as communication, social interactions, self-help, and behavior management.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during each session.
• Modify strategies and techniques based on client responses and data.
• Provide consistent, positive reinforcement and ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain regular communication with the BCBA and family members about the client's progress and needs.
• Follow all ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Must be Certified ABA Therapist through New Jersey.
• 1 year Experience providing ABA therapy or working with children with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
• Training in Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in Locust Valley.
