**Scope of Work:**
The Contractor will provide Nurse Practitioner services for Federal offenders at FCC Petersburg, following the Statement of Work guidelines. Services include patient evaluation, emergency care, minor surgical procedures, medication prescription, and collaboration with physicians.

- **Term:** 120 days

**Compensation:**
- **Rate:** $70-$75/hr
- **Payment Terms:** Bi-weekly upon submission of approved timesheets.
**Work Schedule:**
- **Hours:** Eight one-hour sessions weekly, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
- **Lunch Break:** Thirty-minute unpaid break.
**Attire:**
Professional attire appropriate for a correctional environment is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive health care services and manage clinic operations.
- Perform diagnostic tests and minor surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Free of communicable diseases.
**Supplies and Materials:**
Provided by FCC Petersburg.
**Health and Safety:**
The Contractor must ensure they are free of communicable diseases and provide evidence of recent testing if required.
**Point of Contact:**
A designated Point of Contact will be provided by the Contractor to liaise with the Client.
**Compliance:**
The Contractor must comply with BOP Health Services policies and procedures.
