About the Positions

Provide exceptional customer service and support to facility clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with medical supply and equipment needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff across departments to ensure effective patient care and service delivery.
Review and interpret medical records and patient care plans to provide informed support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility clients, offering ongoing assistance and ensuring their needs are met.
Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, following up as needed to address concerns and provide necessary information.
Utilize digital platforms and electronic medical record systems for accurate data entry and client record management.
Educate clients on available services, resources, and procedures to enhance their understanding and experience.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, following Health System Services' policies and protocols.
Continuously learn new programs and product categories, sharing knowledge with clients to enhance service delivery.
Offer guidance and answer questions regarding durable medical equipment and related services.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure proper patient care and insurance reimbursement.
Initiate and oversee shipment logistics, providing tracking information to customers for timely delivery.
Assist in preparing quotes, product specifications, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications for Success

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associates or Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party insurances, a plus.
