Overview
Healthcare Academy (HCA) is one of the leading online education providers for the post-acute and long-term care industry. The Technical Support Specialist is a customer-facing role that provides technical and Learning Management System (LMS) support for external and internal clients.
Duties
- Provide LMS support for end client systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.
- Participate in training customers in the use of the LMS.
- Support the LMS Manager in the day-to-day maintenance of the LMS.
- Serve as an additional resource to internal staff regarding technical questions.
- Help develop LMS services as directed.
- Create learner and administrator notifications.
- Coordinate course assignments with customers who subscribe to that service.
- Find creative solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Communicate workload as appropriate.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
