Job Overview:
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and oversee the strategic vision for the growth division.
- Establish and manage the department’s budget to align with growth objectives.
- Maintain an updated prospect pipeline and forecast operational support needs for 30, 60, and 90-day intervals.
- Provide leadership to the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Market Insight and Opportunity Identification:
- Monitor industry trends and insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on strategies to position the company favorably within the market.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Host weekly strategic meetings to:
- Present projections, including weekly traction and future advancements.
- Share industry updates, including upcoming events and leveraging opportunities.
- Review and discuss budgetary needs, investment opportunities, and expense allocations.
- Clarify operational requirements and identify areas needing support.
- Provide department updates, ensuring alignment and setting expectations.
Team Development and Support:
- Assess staffing needs upon hire and recommend additional team members as required to handle day-to-day tasks and support the sales team.
Potential Day-to-Day Support Tasks:
- Coordinate events and manage logistics.
- Conduct prospect outreach to generate leads.
- Enhance brand awareness through social media and internal client engagement.
- Generate new leads and follow up on event-driven opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Strategic Growth division.
