Our New York City Metropolitan area client is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Call Center Supervisor for a 12 month contracting opportunity.
Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Will be required to work in office 3-4 days a week
- Must have prior Call Center Supervisor / Management experience
- Will be responsible for managing / supervising 9-10 call center reps
- This is Front & Middle Revenue Cycle - Must have some level of experience with Insurance verification, billing issues
- Start date is ASAP
