Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Mentor and supervise clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the community and relevant agencies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as necessary to ensure effective support.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in case management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in crisis management, addiction counseling, child welfare, or behavioral health is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and workforce development initiatives is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effective case documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
