Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management Oversight: Coordinate and manage all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, serving as a central point of contact for injured workers, employers, clinicians, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain comprehensive case documentation using both physical files and specialized case management software.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with employers to explore return-to-work options such as modified duties or alternative employment positions.
- Treatment Coordination: Partner with healthcare providers to evaluate treatment options, monitor claimant progress, and adjust recovery plans to ensure successful outcomes at a reasonable cost.
- Timely Reporting: Prepare detailed reports documenting case progress, activities, and billing records for clients and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

- U.S. citizenship and verified residency for the past five years.
- Successful completion of drug screening, personal reference checks, and background verification.
