As a Floating Caregiver, you'll support seniors with their daily activities, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist seniors with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and document health conditions, vital signs, and medication adherence.
- Provide respite care for family members and other caregivers.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe living environment through light housekeeping.
- Respond to emergencies and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
