HealthCare Recruiter International (HCRI) is currently seeking an experienced mental health clinical leader for a role as the Director of Clinical Excellence & Community Engagement , overseeing a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional mental health services.
The ideal candidate will be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (LP. PsyD, PhD), or Registered Dietitian (RD).
This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to oversee clinical operations, referral management, and community outreach while fostering a culture of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in positioning the clinic as the premier destination trusted by clients and families for personalized care and support. The clinic serves individuals with complex diagnosis across OP, IOP, PHP levels of care.
Located near the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne , this beautiful clinic offers an inspiring work environment. The role offers competitive base compensation with the potential to double your income through a 5-10% profit share bonus .
The successful candidate will take ownership of the clinic’s growth and success, working under the mentorship of the organization’s Founder , and nationally recognized Licensed Clinical Psychologist .
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD works 40 hours per week
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD must be on-site minimum 30 hours weekly on-site
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD oversees daily operations
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD maintains & supports efficient, high quality service delivery
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD ensures the clinic is fully staffed with qualified professionals 7AM – 7PM and Saturdays
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD implements and upholds policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD drive clinical excellence by supervising therapeutic practices ensuring best-in-class patient care
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD leads and executes all community outreach initiatives to promote the clinic’s visibility and reputation
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD serves as the primary point of contact with the referral sources, maintaining and updating key relationships
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD supports therapists’ growth and retentions through mentorship, training, and professional development
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RD, PsyD, PhD fosters a center of excellence culture, positioning the clinic as the trusted resource for mental health care
