HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting a hospice senior leader, a Vice President of Hospice Operations, to manage the central region's operations, and clinical leaders in hospice. This role will work for a recognized national provider that specializes in hospice and home healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- VP of Hospice Operations will oversee sales operations, referral strategies, incentive design, and pipeline management while leveraging advanced analytics to optimize commercial performance.
- The VP of Hospice Operations will collaborate with marketing, technology, and sales leadership to enhance efficiency, predictability, and effectiveness in business development efforts.
- The VP of Hospice Operations will report to the President. Home Health and the President, Hospice and PCS in a matrix manner with strategic objectives set collaboratively.
- VP of Hospice Operations will partner with sales leadership, develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive referrals, revenue, and market expansion.
- The VP of Hospice Operations will act as a trusted partner to commercial and finance leadership, providing a link between those functions and the right balance of challenge and support.
- VP of Hospice Operations will develop a quantified view of the market opportunity and collaborate with Commercial Leadership to align sales resources accordingly.
VP of Hospice Operations – Healthcare Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10 plus years proven sales experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, or business development
- Experience in healthcare and hospice is mandatory
- 5 years leading people
- Broad experience leading sales strategy and operations in multiple states/locations and complex regulatory environments.
- Track record of driving referral growth
- Experience leading in a matrixed environment, collaborating across functions (Finance, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, etc.).
