HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner credentialed as a FNP, ANP, or AGNP to join a Nurse Practitioner-led organization that provides premium geriatric healthcare om the comfort of patient’s homes, whether in a private residence or a skilled nursing facility.
This role offers a balanced schedule:
- Three clinical days per week, focusing on one geographical area per day
- Thursdays as a flex day for documentation or admin time at home (remote); full day pay included in salary
- As candidates get experienced, often documentation is complete on clinical days (2 days off)
- Fridays off for optional work-life balance; full day pay included in salary

Nurse Practitioner, APP Duties:
- FNP, ANP, AGNP travels to patients Monday through Wednesday
- FNP, ANP, AGNP provides primary care & internal medicine for geriatrics primarily in SNF
- FNP, ANP, AGNP will see some patients in private residence
- FNP, ANP, AGNP sees 40 patients per week
- FNP, ANP, AGNP will carry 105 patients in total in their region, seeing patients as needed
- FNP, ANP, AGNP checks in with DON at SNF upon arrival
- FNP, ANP, AGNP works within Facilities that strong relationships have been built
- FNP, ANP, AGNP goes to 1-3 facilities per day
- FNP, ANP, AGNP treats diabetes, hypertension, pain management, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disorder, and dementia
- FNP, ANP, AGNP provides medication management
- FNP, ANP, AGNP receives 6-8 weeks training; NEW Graduates encouraged to Apply!
Nurse Practitioner, APP Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Ability to obtain DEA License
- BLS, CPR certifications
- Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain Washington State Licensure
Nurse Practitioner, APP Compensation:
- 5-10K Relocation Assistance to Skagit County, WA
- 118K – 145K DEO
- Full-time compensation on 3–4-day work week
