Senior Director of Practice Operations, Pennsylvania
Exceptional role has come open for an Senior Director of Practice Operations. This opportunity is for a healthcare leader that has worked within an acute private practice overseeing operations. We have been established since 1982 and as we continue to grow we seek predecessor to transition to the Practice Administrator role. Clinical practice has several locations, six board members, five doctors and ninety staff.
Senior Director is a dynamic leader who is responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of the practice and its locations. Senior Director has direct reports and collaborates with medical providers. Implements strategies for growth, maintains high quality patient care and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple locations. Minimal travel to locations and two conferences a year. Requires Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field, Master’s degree preferred. Management and operations experience of 3 years within a privately held provider practice needed. Ideal candidate has experience overseeing staff and the daily operations of an acute clinic and working with management team. Ideal candidate is looking for next step of their career and able to offer a commitment to advance to the Practice Administrator succession.
Compensation up to 150K annual base dependent on years of experience. Relocation and discretionary year-end bonus offered. Excellent PTO, medical, dental and 401(k). Paid expenses for annual conferences and business related events. Role will advance to working one day from home after probationary period.
Location near Hersey and Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
