This Registered Dietitian role plays a critical role in managing nutritional services at one of our long-term care facilities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and provide personalized support to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred)
